4 Top Touch and Type Phones Available in The Market!

Well, technologies are developing and there is no doubt in that. Since the first touch and type phone, there have been several phones and several development has taken place in this technology itself and I have to say that the development is totally amazing. Now, you can have touch and type dual sim phones or a dual sim QWERTY keypad phone or dual sim slid-able QWERTY keypad phone and we may see something more by the time.

Here, I am saying that touch and type phones have certainly taken a leap forward and well, now it isn’t very easy to choose the best out of them. Eventually, you will have to rely on articles or researches on the internet and well, in this article, from my views, I tell you the 4 top touch and type phones. But, here there is no price bar. I would just be telling you the best ones, their cost is not important as long as the phones matter. So, just read on!

Nokia E6

Nokia E6

Talking about phones, Nokia doesn’t want to stay back! They have phones in almost all categories so of course they won’t stay back in touch and type ones. They have a good number of touch and type phones out there in the market and well, one of the best of them is undoubtedly Nokia E6.

It is a business phone that comes with┬áSymbian Anna installed but there is a good news, you can upgrade it – free of cost – to Nokia Belle, a fresher operating system. It has 8 GB internal storage, upgradeable to 32 GB. It has 8 megapixels rear camera and VGA front camera. It has just 680 MHz processor and here is the thing where people might not go with it. After that, it has a 1500 mAh Li-Po battery which gives around 10 hours battery life.

The phone isn’t bad. I think it is good but just that 680 MHz processor should have been at least 1 GHz and well, this phone would be a must buy. Go for it if you don’t have a problem with the processor.

Motorola Droid 4 XT894

Motorola Droid 4 XT894

This phone has a slid-able QWERTY keypad and the buttons are well spread. This phone is the latest in this list. This phone has hit the markets in this February only. Well, moving on, I have always liked these slid-able touch and type phones and Motorola has a good amount of them and well, Droid 4 XT894 is just another addition to it, a good one indeed.

This people would suit people who like typing on a qwerty phone. It has Android 2.3(Gingerbread). 16 GB internal memory, expandable to 32 GB. 8 megapixels camera, 1.3 megapixels front camera, 1785 mAh battery, 1.2 GHz processor etc. comprises of its other features.

You may go for this phone if you want that slid-able QWERTY keypad and some good specs. For now, I am going to suggest this, but well, we have more to go.

Blackberry Porsche Design P’9981

Blackberry Porsche Design P'9981

Talk about design with Blackberry and they come up with this! A stylish, maybe over-stylish, phone by Blackberry which is supposed to match Porsche’s design and produce some good features. Blackberry Porsche Design surely has amazing features and a good stylish design which you will like to flaunt in your friends group. Many say its beautiful, many say its horrible, I say, let’s see the specifications.

The phone has a QWERTY keypad with a capacitive touchscreen. The trackpad is quite new and may suit some people. It has 8 GB internal storage which is expandable to 32 GB. 5 megapixels camera and 720p video recording comprises of its camera specs. 1.2 Ghz processor makes sure you don’t feel that the mobile slows down. Blackberry OS 7.0 is the operating system used in this phone. Quite good and competitive right now.

I wouldn’t suggest you much on the design factor because honestly, even I don’t like it much. But, I would definitely tell you to consider this for the good and powerful specifications it has.

Blackberry Bold 9790

Blackberry Bold 9790

Since sometime, Blackberry has been launching several touch and type QWERTY phones. One of them is listed above and well, another one is this: Blackberry Bold 9790 which has garnered very good reviews across the people and the reviewers. As I haven’t personally used this phone, I have gone with the reviews and given it a place in this list.

This phone, just like the majority of Blackberry phones, has a QWERTY keypad. This phone also has a touchscreen because of which it is in the list. It has 8GB internal storage which is expandable to 32 GB. It has 5 megapixels camera but disappointingly, no secondary camera. 1 GHz processor will be enough to handle the specs and give Blackberry OS 7.0 a smooth ride. The battery is good too at 1230 mAh Li-Ion model.

Blackberry is a trusted company and one of the top ones. This phone is good but they have a lot of others which you may want to look at.

Final Words

All the phones above are awesome and would give you performance which will make you happy. I suggest you to go for Motorola Droid 4 because it has amazing specifications and that slid-able QWERTY keypad just make all the things a lot better. Hand me enough bucks and I am gonna buy it for sure.
