How to send Email From Your Website’s Mail ID ?

Do you own a website?

Yes! than you might be having an email address with your website’s name e.g. You might be seeking for sending an email from that email ID rather than sending from yahoo or Gmail ID.

Sending emails from your website’s email ID shows your Brand Name to the receiver of the email.

There are three methods to implement this, first one is to use Microsoft Outlook Express, second one attach this mail ID with Yahoo Mail Account and last but not the least use your webhosting control panel’s webmail service.

In this tutorial we will learn sending email using Microsoft Outlook Express. This application is easily available with Microsoft Office Package and have very friendly and easy to understand user-interface.


STEP 1: Open up Microsoft Outlook Express, if you have opened outlook for first time, a wizard will open up, simply click next at first message.

STEP 2: Next Page will be the following screenshot:


Fill Your Name, Email Address , Enter Password twice. Tick the “Manually configure server settings…” shown above. Click on NEXT.

STEP 3: Choose the option of “Internet Email”. Click NEXT..

Your Name and Email Address credentials are already filled there.

Account Type: POP3

Incoming Mail Server:    (Here (used + in place of @)

Outgoing Mail Server:    (Here (used + in place of @)

Username:                  (Here + in place of @)

Password: Enter Password                                          (Specified at the time of creation of Mail ID) 

Tick the option “Remember Password”.

!!!Don’t Click Next !!! Click on the option “More Settings” in the right side.


This is the More settings Wizard, Click on “Outgoing Server” Tab.

Enable the options by pressing Tick at “My outgoing Server(SMTP) requires Authentication”



Choose the second option “Log on Using” . As shown below..


Fill in the following credentials


Password: Your password

Tick the option “Remember Password”.

Click on “OK”. Now, You are at the previous options, simply click “Next Button”


Congratulations! Each & Every step is completed now. Click on “Finish”.

Now whenever you want to Check the new email in your inbox Use “Send/Receive” Button. All the New & Old email will be updated
