Today in the age of computers and laptops, We work most of the time in front of Computer screens. Being a blogger, I stay in front of my PC for a long time, which leads to few problems in my health. It’s very important for each and every individual to maintain his/her health. Blogging can become more powerful and productive with fresh and enthusiastic health. So here are the few reasons, which lead to few serious health problems:
Sitting Stationary Against Computer System
Sitting in front of laptop in stationary position raises the problem of back pain, hand pain. Even you might have noticed, sometimes, when you wake up in the morning, any organ of the body keeps on the paining for the whole day. This problem occurs because of sleeping in wrong position, means organ which is paining, was suffering due to the placement in the wrong position for the whole night.
You can sort out this problem, by doing massage, work out in gym or garden, stretching your neck, and do some simple exercises for your hands, wrist, fingers(most important). Posture is most important and always maintains straight posture.
Itchiness in eyes
A computer screen emits UV (Ultra Violent) rays, which may lead to eye problems. Sitting for long hours in front of computer screens, can decrease the visibility power of eyes.
Few Solutions & Recommendations
- Drink more water to avoid puffiness.
- Keep blinking your eyes after regular interval.
- Wash your eyes.
- Use anti-glare glasses to avoid strain on eyes.
Weight Gain & Fluffiness
This problem is very common among geeks or computer users. It’s a natural habit, to keep eating something and working simultaneously. Without any work out, and jogging you cannot loose fat but you can gain fat. Best solution is to do exercises. AVOID EATING JUNK FOODS.
Stress & Depression
Working online is really a great experience. Spam email and fraud events (unusual warning from autobots) create an environment of tensions in the mind of webmasters.
Blogging is a job of positive thinking and patience. Getting readers and making a network around your blog is a tough job, it needs lots of efforts and positive views. Sometimes, bloggers get under depression because of fewer visitors, so all I recommend is
- Keep patience.
- Be positive & calm.
- Do yoga and morning exercises.
- Do meditation.
Do it Now!!
- Change your habits and stick to the changes and schedule.
- Don’t make yourself lazy; start doing exercises and work outs.
- Eat healthier and nutritious food.
- Take care of your eyes (Go for regular checkups).
- Wake up early in the morning.
