Sony Ericsson has announced Xperia Ray – a stunning new smartphone alongside CommunicAsia 2011 in Singapore. It comes with a 3.3 inch scratch resistant touch screen, 9.4 mm thin and with a stylish aluminium frame. It is 9.4mm slim with weight 110g. Sony Ericsson Xperia ray comes with an 8.1 megapixel autofocus camera with an Exmor R backlit sensor having features like self timer,smile detection, touch capture,image stablizer, face detection, capable of capturing 720p video. It is runs on Google android v2.3 Gingerbread OS and it is powered by 1GHz Processor.

It will support basic features like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB support, FM radio etc.Sony Ericsson’s unique integration of  Facebook inside Xperia delivers a unique consumer experience for greater social interaction. For entertainment it includes features like 3D games, Media browser, motion gaming, you tube etc.
